On the edge of downtown, walking distance to Meydenbauer Theatre and dining. Privacy, very nice room/comfortable bed.
Overpriced. Reserved a king size room thru Booked.net but when we checked in they told us no room of this type available because they did not noticed the reservation note.
The hotel itself was very clean, and smelled nice. (A lot of hotels smell musty to me) Staff was friendly and even accommodated a very early check in without charging extra. Great location.
It was a bit pricy.
Very nice and well apointed rooms
It is pretty close to Bellevue mall. Bed is comfortable and space is clean.
The hotel was clean and a great deal for the price!
Staff was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Price was incredible. The free town car ride was a nice addition.
It was very clean with modern, updated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. We were quite impressed overall!
I really liked the schuttle service.
Not crazy about the serviceand food at the restaurant.
I was amazed at the accomodations at the Red Lion, Bellevue, wa. There were many choices of accomodations in Bellevue in the same area, and we chose the Red Lion mostly because of the low cost. I have traveled to many places over the usa and to be honest I was truely happy and comfortable and satisfied with their accomodations. They are similar to 5 star accomodations at many resort areas. I rave about their accomodations to all of my friends and acquaintances. Very satisfied.
Heat &London lights ...our was out due to a snow storm.
Hallway was messy... But my stay was in the middle of a snowstorm, so that was perfectly understandable.
Extremely conveniet to the downtown Seattle area as well as Redmond. Would have expected a little more nightlife in the cocktail lounge, a little disappointint. Good breakfast buffet and reasonably priced.
No real complaints except a little disappointment that some aspects of the room clean up could have received a little more attention. Maybe it was because I was there for 3 nights but I would have excpected to have a spic and span room each day.
The staff was nice to me. I requested a different room as the one originally assigned to me was on the end of a wing, with the street just outside where my car was parked, and it was a "lonely and dark" spot with lots of shrubbery around. Not a good spot for a single gal to be going in after dark. The next room was in the main building, which I felt was much safer.
I thought the bed was uncomfortable, and I had to ask for a chair in the original room. They brought one, but it was not comfortable, and there wasn't any foot stool. The same type of chair was in the second room. It was not a comfortable chair, and there was plenty of room for a nice chair and foot stool. Also, there was a large basket of lovely apples on the front desk, which were for the taking. The apple I ended up with was brown all over inside. Not good. It was pretty, but I bet it had been sitting there for awhile.
I was given a free cup of coffee. (Sarcasm intended) Please see below
Even though we had reserved our rooms 3 months in advance (One king and one with two doubles) when we got to the hotel they tried to put us in 2 rooms with kings. First they insisted that that was all they had and finally when we persisted they "found" a room with 2 doubles. Then she put a $40 surcharge on the rooms in case we drank their $2 water or made a long distance call. In the morning when I had the surcharge removed and expressed my concern the desk person was sarcastic and condescending and said that all hotels he worked at did the same. There is no courtesy breakfast and you have to wait until 7 am on weekends until you can get even a cup of coffee. The restaurant manager was kind enough not to charge me for a cup and that was the only good experience I had during my stay. I will avoid Red Lions in the future if this is their marketing plan.
